I have created a body of content since joining Westpac in January 2023. From pages and tiles in the app to longer form articles, landing pages and end to end go-to-market content for our app features. More recently we have been working with AI to improve efficiencies. Hand in hand with the SEO team we curated an SEO brief that used detailed prompts to produce content. This is an evolving piece that will tie into the strategy and taxonomy moving forwards.

As well as this work an ongoing audit of content and the updating and removal of pages is also an important part of nurturing the content that we have.
