Barclays content strategy

There have been several variations of content strategy created over the years at Barclays. In 2016 we created a replicable strategy than included a site audit. The end result of this was removing a third of the pages from the site that were redundant and repeating the strategy across many business areas including, business and wealth to clean up content across the estate.

More recently in 2022 we revamped the original strategy and created a framework to use across all content projects. Initially running a POC on our sustainability content.
