Barclays navigation redesign
Back in 2020 Barclay’s navigation was busy, outdated and unintuitive. I ran a content strategy on the website and this was the number one issue that needed fixing. So we got to work.
Through an initial research and discovery phase working with the agency We are Why, I learned that less is more and that the content landscape had changed. Most banking was now done online. Customers needed a menu to reflect that, so they could find the information they needed. Fast. So the Digital Banking menu was born. See before menu on iPad and redesigned menu on iMac.
